The Aparthotel was developed with a level of preliminary construction project, and architectural design that places emphasis on coherence between the building and its different components: supporting structure, spatiality, forms, envelopes, aesthetics and symbolism, program uses, service networks, materialization of the project and construction systems.
The 5-star residential hotel is implanted on a parcel of 3,313 m2 in Las Mercedes sector in Caracas, complying with the ordinances of the area and regulations for hotels of MINTUR, COVENIN and Corpoturismo.
The establishment has 90 suites as well as bars, restaurants, shops, gym and spa, art gallery, conference room, terrace-pool with bar and restaurant. Also is fulfilled with all the service spaces and facilities that are needed for all areas: garbage rooms with access from the street, parking area, spaces for washing and cleaning of the building, forklifts, dressing rooms and bathrooms and storage room of machines.
