Today, the fortification walls have given way to large avenues: the traces no longer divide the territory, but combine it with infrastructure accompanying the citizen in a passage from where punctually wall fragments still stand in memory of the existence of the antiche fortification.This was the logic used for design the bicigrill and routes, in which, additionally, it is reflected the traveling speed, trying to slow the cycle and pedestrian flows using the topografy in correspondence to the channel Cavour and its hydroelectric plant, the two monuments of the area.
