The project of the residences and student services is proposed in the surroundings of the UCV campus in Caracas, controlling the formal, functional, structural, and symbolic aspects as well as its adequacy to the place and to the preexistence. After the analysis of the context was raised a typology of urban insertion in order to re-qualify the urban and architectural space, successively leading to develop one part of the proposal until a high level of detail. The residences building manages its fronts with a kind of double skin living facades of two types a vegetable or solid character in order to improve a climate control
